If you have any trouble making your reservation online, please reach out to the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee directly via phone to complete your booking. If you are unsuccessful, please contact Jen at SEM and provide your arrival/departure dates and number of rooms needed.

We request that you book your hotel accommodations under the conference room block at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. This not only plays an important role in our organization’s financials, and future conferences, but it also directly impacts the quality of the experience we are able to provide you.

Do not use a 3rd party reservation service/agent as the hotel will not be able to guarantee your reservation. Note that neither the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee nor any agent for them will reach out to you to solicit your reservation. The only legitimate communications you will receive will come from SEM.
