IMAC-XLI-Registration

All conference attendees are required to register and pay the conference registration fee. One paid Conference registration is limited to no more than two presentations per registered individual. Author(s)/presenter(s) wishing to present more than 2 presentations must pay for two registrations or have a co-author/presenter register for the Conference.

Specific SEM awardees and keynote speakers may be exempt from paying registration fees. If you have questions, please contact registration@sem.org

Your registration includes:

• 350+ 20-minute technical presentations
• Downloadable conference submissions (available for 30 days after the conference)
• Full access to the Whova App
• Full access to the exhibit hall
• Welcome Reception on Monday, February 13th
• One ticket to the Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, February 15th
• New Social Event on Wednesday Evening

If you are having trouble logging into your account, please contact membership@sem.org. Please do not create a new/duplicate account; you can only have one account in our system.

Please note:

• All registrations must be in the name of the person attending the conference.
• Registrations cannot be transferred to another attendee.
• All registration fees must be paid in full before the start of the conference, with no exceptions.

Register by January 9, 2023, at 5:00 PM (EST) to save up to $100.00 with our Early Bird rates.

Credit Card Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All credit card payments must be processed online through your profile account at sem.org. Please use the appropriate credit card for each transaction—no changes may be made once the transaction is processed.

Purchase Order/Invoice Payment:
All Purchase Order/Invoice options must be received by January 13, 2023.  SEM will not accept Purchase Order/Invoice as a payment after January 13, 2023; only credit cards will be accepted after this date, with no exceptions. All registrations paying by Invoice must submit a purchase order to registration@sem.org.

SEM/IMAC will accept wire payments only from individuals and organizations outside the United States when a secure credit card payment is not possible.

If you need to cancel a registration, your request must be submitted in writing to SEM before January 13, 2023.

A full refund of the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be granted for all written cancellation requests received by January 13, 2023; send your written request to Shari Matthews at shari@sem.org. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 13, 2023. There are no refunds for no-shows.
