25th International Symposium on Micro- and Nanomechanics

Organizer

SEM MEMS & Nanotechnology Technical Division

Description

The International Symposium on MEMS and Nanomechanics (ISMAN) celebrates over 20 years of landmark contributions to the field of nano-scale experimental mechanics! The symposium covers a wide range of fundamental and applied research with state-of-the art developments in experimental and computational methods, deformation mechanisms of solids at sub-micron and atomic scales, 1D, 2D materials, MEMS, and more. Key developments in nanomechanics begin here, as we seek new ways to probe and understand materials and structures at the nanoscale. The symposium dives into the mechanics and multifunctionalities of all material types, polymers, metals, ceramics and nanocomposites.
